Resetting your Password
If you have issues when you try to sign in to your account using your account password, use these steps to regain access to your account.
1. Visit the Account Center
Go to the Account Center and click "Forgot your password."
2. Enter the email address used for your account
Enter the email address used for your VitalSource account and click on the "Submit" button.
3. Reset your password
You will receive an email from Do.Not.Reply@buffalove.com with a link to click on to reset your password. Click the link to change your password. After you reset your password, you'll be asked to sign in again with your new password. You also might need to update your password on your devices
